Aryan Ozmaei

Aryan Ozmaei (Tehran, Iran – 1976). 

She attended the Azad Art and Architecture University, graduating in painting. She then attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, where she moved in 2002, graduating in painting and then specialising in Visual Arts and Multimedia Languages. Her most recent activities have included the solo exhibition “Terzo Spazio” curated by Veronica Caciolli at the Museum of Anthropology and Ethnology in Florence and the MAD (Murate Art District) in Florence in 2023; and the solo exhibition “Grounds” at the Malvina Menegaz Foundation in Castelbasso (TE) curated by Pietro Gaglianò in 2022. Also in 2022 he took part in the group exhibitions: “Spazio, forma, ritmo-e a Capo” curated by Davide Silvioli at the City Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Anticoli Corrado. In 2021 he took part in the group exhibition “Paso doble”, curated by Pietro Gaglianò, at the Malvina Menegaz Foundation. In 2019 he participated in the group exhibitions: “If it is untouchable it is not beautiful” for the Monitor Gallery in Rome; “Unique forms in the continuity of space”, curated by Luigi Presicce, for the Rizzuto Gallery in Palermo; ‘The moon is near’, curated by Saverio Verini, in Pereto (AQ) on the occasion of the “Straperetana 2019”.
